FOOTBALL CLUB TORO
FC TORO created on September 1st 2012, has become one of the top football clubs in Haiti. Originally dedicated to boys we expanded our courses to girls in January 2015. In 2018-2019, we have over 350 boys and girls 5 to 19 years old.
This year we are providing sponsorships to over 120 children with low economic capacity. This has been one of our greatest achievements. For more information please check out the FC TORO support section.
Inspired by the passion for the beautiful game of soccer and placing our children at the heart of our organization FC TORO gathers children and adolescents around a unique philosophy that reflects the power of determination and of dreams:

OUR PROGRAM
Our program is aimed at the full development of our youth through football by creating a space and providing the training skills to allow our children to be their best and demonstrate their highest capacity of performance.
Our principles rely on inner ALIGNMENT achieved through SELF-AWARENESS, DISCIPLINE, PASSION, TRUST and GIVING BACK.

TRAINING
We provide two levels of training to meet the needs and capacities of our players: CLUB level for players born between 2012 and 2001; and ACADEMY level for players born between 2006 and 2001.
Practice is held at three public fields located in Port-au-Prince (Sainte-Marie), Pétion-Ville (Sainte-Therese) and Thomassin (Parc sportif de Thomassin / Saint-Vincent de Paul).

VISION
FC TORO CLUB AND FC TORO ACADEMY
Already in our 7th year!
FC TORO is a football club and academy for girls and boys from 5 to 19 years old, aimed at the full development of our youth through football.
Our program provides a level of training adapted to our players' pace and drive for football and the opportunity for our most performant players to maximize their skills while framing the pathway towards professional football through our Academy.
Dedicated to creating and providing the space for talents to emerge, we remain attentive and aware to ceasing opportunities that allow us to raise our performance and go beyond previous benchmarks.
FC TORO is also a social organization that allows us to invest in our youth through our families and communities, while providing opportunities for our kids to showcase their talents!
Throughout the year our players receive diversified training to improve their individual skills, enhance communication, develop team approach, leadership and grounded behavior under pressure and competition.
Overall 2017-18 was extremely successful with 116 matches played locally in addition to local and international tournaments. Visit our games and tournaments page for more information.
For the year 2018-19, in our endeavor to excel we have established local and international partnerships to create a network, expand our training and provide more opportunities to our players. Partnership with Global Premier Soccer (GPS) evolving in 22 States in the U.S and affiliated to Bayern de Munich in Germany, and collaboration with a renowned second and third division Football School in Haiti will frame the pathway towards professional football through our Academy. This year will also launch our first U19 category for male players born in 2001 to make transition from Academy level to Professional football.
Thanks to the dedication of our staff, the support of our parents and sponsors and the motivation of our kids, we have been expending at a pace that keeps exceeding our expectations.
With our growing soccer league and the objectives set forth by our Academy, we maintain the goal of eventually moving to a facility that provides more training fields in a setting adapted to our expansion. (See project details below).
FC TORO SPORTS CENTER
As of 2016, FC TORO undertook the project to built its owns facility. This initiative became a possibility thanks to the Villejouin family who voluntarily offered the land where the FC TORO sports facility could be built.
The FC TORO sports center is an all-inclusive sport and recreation facility that will not only expand our soccer training capacity but also provide a recreational environment for all the members of the FC TORO family including other siblings, parents and friends. Multiple soccer fields on one property will also facilitate parents with children in various categories.
Once completed, the FCTORO sports center will include:
