POLICIES & PAYMENTS - 2018/19
PAYMENT YEARLY COST FOR 2019 (2 trimesters): $700 USD
COST INCLUDES: Registration/annual fees & Uniforms
PAYMENT PLANS:
In order to facilitate parents we offer different payment plans.
PLAN #1:
Full year payment: one payment of $700 USD
PLAN #2:

First payment: $400 at Registration for uniforms and 1st trimester

Second: $300 April 29th to May 4th, 2019

COST INCLUDES: Registration/annual fees & Uniforms
PAYMENT PLANS:
In order to facilitate parents we offer different payment plans.
PLAN #1:
Full year payment: one payment of $1,500 USD
PLAN #2:

First payment: $750 at Registration for uniforms and 1st trimester

Second: $350 November 5th to 10th, 2018
-
Third: $350 January 28th to February 2nd, 2019

Fourth: $50 April 29th to May 4th, 2019
Fees are payable in check to FULMOUN PRODUCTION or cash and can be dropped off at Kikloe in Petion-Ville or Haytrac on Airport Road.
Registration is considered complete once the registration form has been submitted along with the first payment in full. Once registration is complete uniforms will be ordered.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS:
Families with more than one child in the program will receive a 5% Discount off the annual cost for each additional child as of the second child.
LATE FEES:
$20 per week late after deadline.
NOTE:
Definite Absence or Departure:
Any absence or departure of a child must be announced in writing in advance (by email to Patrick Bonnefil and copied to his assistant). No amount already paid will be reimbursed. If the child leaves the club after the beginning of a new period, this period is due in full. An official mail is to announce the leave in order for it to be effective. No exception will be made to this rule.
TEMPORARY ABSENCE:
In case of absence due to sickness, a medical certificate must be submitted.
TRAVEL:
We organize 2-3 oversees tournament trips during the year:

The Disney’s President’s day festival (in February) – categories: 9 to 18 years old
-
Potomac Memorial Day’s tournament (in May) – categories: 13 to 18 years old.
-
Hispaniola Cup (in June) - categories: 9 to 18 years old.
More information will be given by the end of September for the travel fees and conditions.
