REGISTRATION/FEES

POLICIES & PAYMENTS - 2018/19

PAYMENT YEARLY COST FOR 2019 (2 trimesters): $700 USD 

COST INCLUDES:  Registration/annual fees & Uniforms

PAYMENT PLANS:

In order to facilitate parents we offer different payment plans.

​

PLAN #1:  

Full year payment: one payment of $700 USD

​

PLAN #2: 

  • First payment: $400 at Registration for uniforms and 1st trimester

  • Second: $300 April 29th to May 4th, 2019

IMPORTANT DATES IN 2018/19:

  • JUNE 16th, 2018 - Registration begins

  • SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2018 - Fall Season Begins

  • OCTOBER 17th, 2018 - Bank holiday 

  • NOVEMBER 18th, 2018 - OFF (National Holiday)

  • DECEMBER 14th, 2018 - Fall Season Ends

  • JANUARY 7th, 2019 - Spring Seasons Begins

  • MARCH 4th to 6th, 2019 - OFF (Carnival) 

  • APRIL 19th and 20th, 2019 - Easter Break

  • MAY 1 st and 2nd, 2019 - Bank holiday

  • MAY 6th, 2019 - Pre-Registration begins

  • MAY 18th, 2019 - Bank holiday (FLAGDAY FINAL)

  • JUNE 15th, 2019 - Last Day of Season

Inscription forms may be filled out below or submitted via email at FootBallClubToro@gmail.com. One form must be completed for each registered child.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

The following documents must be provided at registration along with completed inscription form:

  • 2 photos of identification

  • Copy of birth certificate of player

  • Copy of first page of valid passport

  • Copy of American visa if Haitian

  • Copy of parent's ID

These documents can either be handed in at Haytrac on Airport Road or at practice to Patrick Bonnefil or his assistant or sent via email at Footballclubtoro@gmail.com

COST INCLUDES:  Registration/annual fees & Uniforms

PAYMENT PLANS:

In order to facilitate parents we offer different payment plans.

​

PLAN #1:  

Full year payment: one payment of $1,500 USD

​

PLAN #2: 

  • First payment: $750 at Registration for uniforms and 1st trimester

  • Second: $350 November 5th to 10th, 2018

  • Third:   $350 January 28th to February 2nd, 2019

  • Fourth: $50 April 29th to May 4th, 2019

 

Fees are payable in check to FULMOUN PRODUCTION or cash and can be dropped off at Kikloe in Petion-Ville or Haytrac on Airport Road. 

​

Registration is considered complete once the registration form has been submitted along with the first payment in full. Once registration is complete uniforms will be ordered.

 

FAMILY DISCOUNTS:

Families with more than one child in the program will receive a 5% Discount off the annual cost for each additional child as of the second child.

 

LATE FEES: 

$20 per week late after deadline.

NOTE:

Definite Absence or Departure:

Any absence or departure of a child must be announced in writing in advance (by email to Patrick Bonnefil and copied to his assistant). No amount already paid will be reimbursed. If the child leaves the club after the beginning of a new period, this period is due in full. An official mail is to announce the leave in order for it to be effective. No exception will be made to this rule.

TEMPORARY ABSENCE:

In case of absence due to sickness, a medical certificate must be submitted.

​

TRAVEL:

We organize 2-3 oversees tournament trips during the year: 

  1. The Disney’s President’s day festival (in February) – categories: 9 to 18 years old

  2. Potomac Memorial Day’s tournament (in May) – categories: 13 to 18 years old.

  3. Hispaniola Cup (in June) - categories: 9 to 18 years old.

 

More information will be given by the end of September for the travel fees and conditions.

Fees are payable by check to FULMOUN PRODUCTION, cash, credit card or via bank transfer. Check and cash and can be dropped off at Kikloe in Petion-Ville or Centre de Formation Maurice Bonnefil building at Haytrac on Airport Road. Credit card payments are received at Haytrac.

We will organize field trips for our players. More information will be provided during the season.
